The Garden Path

For several years, I've been a fan of a little known band from Adelaide called The Garden Path. To my knowledge, they never released any albums outside of Australia and didn't receive very much radio or press exposure outside Australia. All of which makes it a bit odd that I am here making this page, given that I live in Seattle, Washington USA. I came across their first record in the late 80's and have been a fan ever since. I think they made some great music and I was surprised there was no information about them on the web. I heard the call to supply what information I know to any and all who wish to listen and learn.

Further, I just found that Vic Conrad, former lead singer of The Garden Path, released a new album last year on Woronzow UK and it will be out in the US this year on Elephant 6. His project is called "Vic Conrad and The First Third". Though I haven't heard the full album yet, the samples I have heard sound great.

What follows is a brief discography. Corrections or additions gratefully accepted here. Sorry for the plain basic design...I'll spruce it up with some album scans and whatnot when I get a chance...until then, just the facts.
